1. Who would use this?
2. Why would they use this?
3. How would they use this?
4. When would they use this?
5. Where would they use this?
6. What makes this better than any of their other options (including not using it at all)?
…the more specific (and honest) you are in these answers, the easier it will be to get to the message right, to know who you need to reach with that message, and even where and when to reach them…
