Spent most of the night doing offline chores (like paying some bills, and finally locating one of the business checkbooks that has been stuffed away in a box pretty much since we moved a year ago!).
Project wise, I did finally get a first version of the Draftwizard.com player ranking magazine done last night so you can buy your copy now!
I was excited to share the news with everyone at Bowker today, but nobody else seemed to be nearly as excited about it as I am…guess that’s to be expected. In any case, I’m hooked and plan to do some more magazines before too long (maybe even some that have a chance at actually selling a copy or two!).
I also got a few minutes today to port a few of the old Draftwizard.com challenges from coldfusion to php…I’ve now got survivor, power trio, power prediction, and wide open ported…which leaves another 8 to go (plus the KYS league stuff if I can find the time before the season starts). I think I can make it, but I don’t know if it’ll be in enough time for any DW people to know/care…guess we’ll see.
That’s about it for now - I’m off to get my stack of paper work ready for the trip to the post office tomorrow (it’s going to be a small fortune in shipping for all this stuff tomorrow!).
